The members
section allows you to edit and manage your registration details. The information
that you can edit here includes your email address, receive updates (list
of newly submitted sites) via email option, and the ability to change
your password. The two restrictions here are that you cannot enter an
email address that is already being used by another member, and you cannot
change your username.
Furthermore, you have access to member only tools, which
include:
- view and manage your personal list of resources
that you create from our directory listings.
- view the last 25 submitted websites.
- view the last 25 submitted sample databases/downloads.
- view the last 25 submitted articles.
- view the web sites with the most/least hits.
- view the sample databases with the most/least downloads.
- view the articles with the most/least hits.

The advanced
search allows you to search either the entire contents of the directory,
or specific categories and sub categories, based on either keywords or
phrases with the option of exact or similar matches. The exact match
option is limited to the description section of each resource, while
the similar option searches for matches within the entire contents
of each resource, such as the heading, description and pricing sections.
Note: common keywords are not required when searching, such as "A,
is, I".
The simple
search can be found on each page in the top left corner. This allows
for searching of the whole directory based on either key words or phrases
if between "double quotes" .
Both searches return a maximum of five results per page
with the information presented in a tabular format. This information includes
the name, description and any associated costs with each resource. The
results are ordered in regards to the relevance of each keywords/phrase
used in the search.

There are three types of submissions that are available,
which are described below:
- The Submit
Website Link form allows you to submit website details (Title, URL,
and Description) directly into our directory. This is a simple process,
which can be completed by both members and non-members. The rules for
submitting a site are simple. Firstly, keep the focus on Microsoft Access
related sites and resources. Secondly, do not enter a site more than
once. All sites that are submitted may not be accepted, which is subject
to the scope and content of the site.
- The Submit
Sample Database/Download form allows you to submit the details (Title,
Download URL, and Description) of sample databases and downloads directly
into our directory. This is a simple process, which can be completed
by both members and non-members.
- The Submit
an Article form allows you to submit the details (Title, Article
URL, and Hosting Website) of Microsoft Access/Database related articles
directly into our directory. This is a simple process, which can be
completed by both members and non-members.
All submissions, once accepted, will feature in our members eLetter (a
good reason to become a member).

The send
to a friend form allows you to send an email message to a friend informing
them about this site. All email addresses that you use when sending messages
to friends are not recorded by this site for any purpose.

The glossary
section allows you to search for definitions via the alphabet or by using
keywords. Only registered members can submit definitions to the content
of the glossary.
